Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was lackluster, resulting in a less satisfying start to the day.

quality inn had a great location close to other hotels I've stayed at. the bed in my double room with two double beds was super comfortable, which made my stay more enjoyable. both peter at the front desk and the sales manager were genuinely lovely and helpful during my check-in. it’s great to have such friendly staff around.

The hotel location across from Binghamton University was perfect for us, making it easy to get around. The room was clean with comfortable beds, which made for a good night’s sleep. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausages, but sadly, no yogurt was available during my stay. The exercise room didn't open until 10 AM, which is a bit late for those wanting an early workout. Windows in the room were dirty, which detracted from the overall feel. Overall, a decent stay but with a few inconveniences that could easily be improved.

The walls were so thin I could hear everything. We were constantly disturbed by noise from the hallway. Sleeping was difficult due to disruptive sounds from other guests.

Had a great stay with friends! We visited the Roberson Museum and enjoyed some time at the Tioga Downs Casino, both just minutes away. The hotel was clean and offered good amenities. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so you might hear some hallway noise.

The only downside was the noisy hallways at night. We could hear laughter and conversations late into the night, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

It was just an excellent fit for a brief retreat in Vestal with great value for the money. The front desk staff worked tirelessly to help a coach when they arrived at the wrong hotel, showing dedication. If you have a lot of luggage, definitely request a room on the first floor since there's no elevator.
